FULL shift at ip today, but the time pass very quickly because we're very very very busy.

but im very satisfied todae because:

=) im praised by 2 customers todae.
=) they said i got excellent service and keep saying thank-you to me
=). im not being bhb here, its just that i rarely got praised after i transfer to tm.
